📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
No. Meridian Pools operates and delivers exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, overseas territories, or freight forwarding addresses at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% Free on all orders across the United States. There are no shipping fees, handling premiums, or minimum order amounts required to unlock free delivery.
What are your order processing and shipping timelines?

Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Total Delivery Timeline: You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 4 business days from your order date.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment warehouse, we will email you an automated shipping confirmation containing your carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?
To guarantee maximum transactional security, we accept payments exclusively through PayPal. During checkout, you can log into your PayPal account to use your balance, or securely process any major credit or debit card through the PayPal payment gateway.
Will I be charged any hidden transactional fees?
Absolutely not. The price you see in your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase is the exact total amount billed to your account. We do not charge payment processing fees or dynamic warehouse fees. Sales tax is clearly calculated and added at checkout based on your state regulations.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All product listings, taxes, and transaction checkouts are processed strictly in US Dollars (USD).
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
What is your return window?
We offer a consumer-friendly 90-day return window. You have exactly 90 days from the verified date of delivery to request a return and receive a full refund.
Do you charge restocking fees or return shipping costs?
No. Returning an item to Meridian Pools is completely free:

Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We never charge restocking or handling deductions).

Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 (We provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you).
What are the requirements for a full refund?
To qualify for a 100% refund, pool equipment must be returned in its original retail condition. It must be brand new, completely unused, never installed or connected to water/power lines, and must include its original manufacturer box with all internal protective inserts, manuals, and accessories intact.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, but the window is short. Because we fulfill orders quickly to meet our 1-business-day handling goal, you must contact us immediately at +1 879 786-8789 or email contact@MeridianPool.shop with your order number. Once a package has been securely packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon delivery.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives broken or incorrect, take clear photos/videos of the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will instantly issue a prepaid return label ($0 fee) and send out a brand-new replacement unit or process a full refund, depending on your choice.

Do your pool products come with a warranty?
Yes. All brand-new equipment sold on our store comes with a Manufacturer's Warranty (typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the specific model). Additionally, every purchase is backed by our initial 90-Day Meridian Pools Protection against factory defects.
Do you offer installation or technical repair services?
Meridian Pools is strictly an online retail supplier of pool equipment. We do not offer local installation or repair services. Because pool infrastructure involves electricity and pressurized plumbing, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed local pool technician or certified professional to install your equipment safely.
