During checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal interface to complete your payment. You can complete your purchase using your standard PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any major credit/debit card processed securely through the PayPal network.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), direct bank wire transfers, checks, or open corporate invoicing at this time.

2. Absolute Pricing Transparency

At Meridian Pools, the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. We strictly enforce a zero-hidden-fee policy:

  • No Hidden Surcharges: We do not add processing fees, payment gateway handling fees, or administrative premiums at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Domestic shipping across the United States is completely free ($0.00) with no minimum purchase requirements.

  • Taxes: Applicable state sales taxes are calculated transparently and added clearly during the checkout process before you authorize payment, strictly conforming to domestic tax regulations.

The total cost presented in your shopping cart before the final purchase confirmation is the total amount that will be charged to your account.

3. Currency and Settlement

All transactions, product prices, taxes, and invoices are calculated and settled strictly in US Dollars (USD). If you are using an account linked to an international financial institution, your payment provider may apply an external currency conversion fee. Meridian Pools is not responsible for external conversion fees imposed by your bank or account issuer.

4. Billing Timing & Order Verification

  • Immediate Authorization: Your designated PayPal account is authorized and billed immediately upon clicking the "Complete Order" button at checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment verification is completed by PayPal, an automated order confirmation invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.

  • Fulfillment Hold: We will not dispatch or handle any order until payment is verified and cleared by our gateway. If your payment is flagged or placed on a temporary hold by PayPal, fulfillment will be paused until the issue is entirely resolved.

If you notice an unexpected duplicate charge or an error on your transaction statement, please notify us immediately for swift resolution:

  • Approved refunds are returned strictly to the original PayPal account used at checkout.

  • Refund processing, once authorized by our team following a return inspection, typically takes 5 to 7 business days to settle back into your balance.
